If you want to change your bad habits you have to stop applying the same old ways of thinking like when you originally created these habits. Changing your thoughts goes far deeper than just changing perspectives or beliefs. An extensive and deep analysis of all scientific and spiritual implications is required in order to liberate yourself from self-inflicted, yet unjustified limitations. In this way, you can transcend physical limitations and become who you truly can be in your life.
Negative emotions and Stress have a negative impact on your health
Medically speaking, your body and mind are made to live in stress only for short periods and not for a longer period of time. If you spend too much time in stress and anger, you are communicating to your body that you are constantly living in survival mode. This means, that your body’s sympathetic nervous system (the fight-or-flight system) is being activated constantly and your body is wasting a lot of energy as a reaction to this permanent stressful state.
It is difficult for the body to go back to a normal relaxed state if the stressful situation doesn’t come to an end. For human beings it is not normal to constantly live in this state of “emergency and high alert” for longer periods of time, without experiencing negative consequences on their physical and mental health.
Negative Effects of Emotional Stress and Trauma
Human beings have powerful brains. To your advantage, if you learnto use your brain correctly, you can change your life and even heal yourself. However, most people tend to overthink and stress about their problems, thereby reliving past traumatic experiences, at the same time they continue to worry and feel anxious about the future. Going back in your mind to the past or wanting to control future events can create the same effect on your psyche as the actual negative traumatic event. Both situations throw the body completely off its´ natural healthy balanced state.
Unfortunately, many people repeatedly relive their traumatic past experiences and dreadful emotions in their mind. This can be compared with watching a bad horror movie over and over again. You must remember that you have the remote control of your life in your own hands and you can switch the channel, meaning that you can also change the emotion connected to this negative past. It is not good to hold your body constantly in that stressful environment, as it can not distinguish between the actual event in the past and the stressful memories relived in the brain over and over again. The body´s response repeatedly throws your nervous system and your emotions into a neverending cycle of survival and fight-or-flight stress mode.
Conquering Stress for Self-Healing
Repeatedly reliving your past traumatic experiences activates the body’s nervous system and typically people respond with panic and fear. In such a fight-or-flight situation the body reacts by activating all of its energy to handle this “threat” from the outside, thereby consuming all of it and having no more energy left for development and healing. This is a dangerous state for the body and it can also have a very negative effect on your immune system.
The continuous stressful inner conflict can potentially harm your immune system and initiate an internal fight with itself in your body. It represents a physical manifestation of the pain and suffering we were going through in your mind. In such a state, the mind can´t move forward, and the body can´t move freely neither.
One day you have to take a decision to change yourself and your life. You have to understand that it is never too late to start all over, and that moment will change your lives forever. You have to believe in a better tomorrow instead of the familiar negative past. By practicing meditation techniques, you combine the energy of strong willpower and highly elevated emotions. You can use this powerful combination to transform your current state of being at the deepest biological level. You have to change yourself from the inside, starting with your brain and thoughts, habits, and emotions.
Transformation at a Genetic Level
You have to understand that the stress chemicals flowing through your body have been turning on these unhealthy genes constantly. You have the power to turn on your healthy genes instead, by connecting with your elevated positive emotions with more passion than with the negative ones. The most important thing you have to keep in mind is that your genes are not responsible for creating disease. It is always the outside environment that will send signals to produce the disease.
Take advantage of all potential life options existing in the Quantum Field
The main idea here is to try to build a bridge between Quantum Physics and Spirituality. We can connect to the Quantum Field of information and knowledge, where all life options already exist as a potential life track. You can choose to become a brand new, positive and healthy person, you can liberate yourself from the old chains of the past holding you hostage and creating dis-ease. By behaving and feeling in a different way, you can transform yourself and literally become born again.
Thoughts create Feelings and the other way around
Every thought and emotion creates biochemical reactions inside the body and causes the brain to set free certain chemicals. These chemicals make you feel exactly what you are thinking about in that very moment – even though you are just thinking a thought, at the same time your body is creating that feeling connected to that thought inside you. Chemical messengers cause your thoughts to manifest physically inside your body. If you do not consciously change your thinking, you are even capable of creating more negative thoughts and feelings, and in the worst case this can become a vicious cycle trapping us inside the hell of your past trauma and negative experiences.
The Past will be repeated in the Future – until we break that cycle
The moment you open your eyes in the morning, your mind will automatically look for familiar feelings and cues of “who you think you are”, the familiar You, meaning all the habits you are used to do on a daily basis, watching movies and Youtube, checking messages on your phone, etc. or taking a walk, jogging, meditating, being mindful and present or pray. Now, it is possible to choose to start your day in the familiar and known past and immediately start to think about your problems or you can choose to start your day in the now, being present in the moment.
Nobody really wants to create sadness, anger, suffering and other negative emotions every time you remember your traumatic past. Be aware, by repeating these thoughts your body and mind are already preparing and predicting a future based on all the familiar events and emotions from the past. In that familiar scenario, there is no space for the unknown, the new, the creative process of changing your habits, there is no space for hope and healing.
Emotions are Energy
When someone comes into a room, many times you can directly feel their energy. Everyone can sense, feel and capture the mind and emotions of the other person when they are happy and cheerful or angry and frustrated. Human bodies and brains are always sending out strong signals and vibrations in the form of energy that carries specific positive or negative information.
Every feeling creates a specific signal, meaning it vibrates on a certain frequency. Positive emotions emit much higher frequencies than their negative counterparts, due to the fact that they have different energy levels and intents behind it.
You are what you really think inside your heart
You are capable of making your body follow your mind into the unknown. In order to change your energy, you must change where you put your focus on. It is absolutely crucial to change your thoughts and feelings in the now for something new to happen in future. Your body will always follow your mind to every experience you will ever have in your life. If you focus your attention and energy on the unknown, it is possible for your body to also experience a new future.
Meditation can transform physical reality
Moving into an elevated emotional mental state for some time can create significant beneficial changes in your body and mind. Lesson learned, stop wasting your time, energy and your attention focusing on negative things when you get up in the morning. Stop thinking about all the people you are going to meet, places you have to visit, or all the tasks you have to do and things to accomplish. The anticipation of negative things to happen will break and drain your positive creative energy.
How to Meditate
How can you change the way you think and feel? Start by meditating and start imagining a positive and beautiful future, positive affirmations, positive self talk and stop your usual negative, self-limiting thinking habits. These bad habits will automatically start kicking in because your body is still in the habit of feeling all the old patterns of thinking.
Thereby, you are focusing all your creative attention on the negativity of the past (because the emotions of the past are also stored in the body as memories). For this reason, you have to start thinking consciously, the only way out of this trap is to immediately return to the present moment, to the now, and take your energy and attention away from the negative past.

How can we reprogram our body to this new way of thinking? So let’s say we think a negative thought, such as “My boss is treating me unfair”. We need to become aware of how thinking this thought turns on a neurological network in our brain. Then we have another thought, like “I’m underpaid anyway”, and we turn on a second neurological network. Then we think, “I’m overworked”, and now you’re off to the races!
