This course is all about shaking off bad habits and negative trauma and using meditation, prayer, yoga and energy psychology methods to bring forth positive transformation. It is a fact that our mental world forms the basis for our physical experience of the material world. There is a deep connection between the subjective and objective reality, mind and matter. In fact, the material world is nothing but a flexible mirror inside of our mind; it is a fact, everyone creates his or her own reality mentally each day in their mind. People who have not learned or understood to actively create their reality give up their power and hand over all control over it to the external world.

Many people think that their private circumstances shape their beliefs and emotions. But in reality it is exactly the other way around: our brain, mind and emotions create our life circumstances. Most people’s thoughts react to their external world, reflecting whatever problems and stress they go through in life. In order to liberate yourself from a problem, the brain must conscisously create a vision and a positive image of the ideal world so that it can directly have an impact on rewriting the material reality.

We have to become aware of the true power of the subconscious in order to use it and actively build a new, better tomorrow. This is not magic and not a trick, it is powerful human technology to create a visual image of a new set of external realities and „fake it til you make it“ until they become real. Based on the principles of the science of quantum physics, these new imaginary thoughts have the power to change material reality. By mixing up the future in the world of imagination and fantasy, the specific positive energy of the new vision has the potential to transform into physical matter.

While practicing this new method of visualization, do not forget to disregard anything that actually happens in the present, all the negative and stressful things that you go through today. This means that we have been told that we were born predisposed to certain physical problems and illnesses, therefore we learned to see ourselves as victims of our genetic heritage. The new science, on the other side has proven in the lab and in real life that people have limitless power and influence over our genes. Our power lies between our ears in our brain and it can work miracles depending on us how we use it and how we talk to ourselves.

All theories and concepts about self transformation share one important key concept that all actions and results start from our thoughts. Breaking The Habits Of Being Yourself doesn’t just mean to ‘Change our thoughts to change our life’, instead it taps into many interesting concepts of physics, biology, neuroscience and others to prove that this is not just philosophical but instead a fact. A fact that more people should be taking advantage of in future.

Choose your top 3 new traits. For example, being compassionate, being brave or more caring. Immerse yourself into studying on how to be just that by researching famous figures who embody that trait. Act out those 3 traits. Whenever you get a chance, ask ourselves “What would a compassionate person do?” And simply act like that person. Do this enough times until you don’t need to consciously remember to be compassionate anymore. Repeat this for all 3 traits.

A habit is something that we have done so many times that our body knows how do it better then our mind (auto pilot) Example: people wake up in the morning, they begin to think about their problems (past memories). Those problems are circuits of memories in the brain. And each memory is connected to a person, to a thing or event, times and places. The brain is the record of our past activities, memories and emotions.

The moment people start their day, most times they are already thinking in the past, and each one of those memories of the familiar past has an emotion attached to it, Emotions are the end products of past experiences. So the moment they recall the memories of their past (for example problems) they immediately activate those negative emotions, And that makes them feel sad, unhappy, painful, worry, etc. and how we think and how we feel creates our state of being, In simmary, we can say that the person´s state of being is rooted in the past familiar experience when they start their day. The known past will sooner or later become the familiar future, If our thoughts have something to do with our destiny, and we can not think greater or beyond just how we feel, we are destined to relive our past over and over again.

The before mentioned cycle becomes a subconscious program and runs our lives. By the time we are 35 years old, 95% of who we are is a memorized set of behaviors, emotional reactions, unconscious habits, hardwired attitudes, beliefs and perceptions. These progrmas function exactly like a computer program, so with the rest of th 5% of our conscious mind we are trying to be happy, we ae trying to be healthy and want to be free… but the body is running on a totally different software program, namely the one of our negative past experiences.

The moment the brain puts all its attention on the past experience (because it gives us such a strong feeling) it takes a snapshot, which is our memory. So long term memories are created from highly emotional experiences. People think neurologically within that circuitry of that emotional experience, and they feel chemically within the boundaries of those emotions. When we have an emotional reaction to someone or something, this emotions becomes hardwired with the image of that person in our brain.

We want to be prepared when that happens again, most people spend 70% of their lives living in survival mode and stress. Always anticipating the worst case scenario based on their past experience. From all the infinite potential and opportunities in the Quantum Field they are choosing the worst possible outcome and they are beginning to emotionally embrace it. We need to willingly choose the best possible scenario for our life and begin feeling like it had already happened!

One wrong core belief creates many other false concepts on top of it. The emotion always follows the thought, if we have a positive thought we are going to have a great feeling, if we have a negative thought we are going to feel anxiety. Our body is always watching and listening to our thoughts and takes everything we send to it as real! The moment we feel anxious, the mind says yes we are in a state of anxiety, again we are reaffirming the loop, and the redundancy of our brain/emotion cycle conditions the body to become the mind.
